While we always strive to deliver a quality service, there are unforeseen issues with technology that may pop up sometimes.
We apologise in advance for any technical difficulties you might experience.
If you’re having issues, check out the below for some simple troubleshooting techniques.
I can not see the stream on my device.
It may not be the right time for the live event to start, so please double check you have entered at the right time. We’d also recommend checking your internet connection is operating properly.
On some browsers, you may have to press the ‘play’ button to start the stream.
I can not hear any sound.
Please make sure that the volume is turned up on your device.
Also, please check that the stream is not muted. This may automatically happen on some browsers. Please check the sound level is turned up, which is usually located on the lower left of the live stream window.
The live stream is stopping and starting
Where possible, we attempt to broadcast in HD. The data rate for HD may be too large for your internet connection, so if you’re having issues, you can click on the ‘HD’ or COG symbol (on some streams) in the lower right of the video window and select a lower speed/size.
It’s normal that sometimes you can experience ‘buffering’ or ‘stuttering’, however if you are experiencing severe interruptions, then please let us know via the live forums and we can look at adjusting our data rates.
The page or stream does not load
Please make sure you are using a modern browser. Our page is coded to work on all modern web browsers, as well as tablets, most mobile phones and smart TVs.
